A musical performance generated by the incoming or 'flood' phase of the tide in the Thames. This live performance will last approximately 5 and a half hours starting at 1520 on 28th June and 1640 on 29th June 2008. This live sonification is achieved by means of a sensor immersed in the Thames measuring the speed and direction of water flow which is then processed through custom software mapping the gradual changes to musical parameters performed by a group of live musicians.
